Product Introduction
Aluminum Hydroxide Powder AH-1 is a high‑activity raw material specifically designed for the production of Polyaluminium Chloride (PAC). Featuring high purity, fast reaction kinetics, and excellent solubility, it serves as the core base material for manufacturing high‑quality water treatment flocculants.


Product Characteristics

  • High Purity, Low Impurities – Typical Al₂O₃ content ≥64.5%, with low heavy‑metal impurities, ensuring that the resulting PAC meets stringent standards for drinking‑water treatment and other high‑grade applications.

  • High Reactivity – Its loose crystalline structure provides an acid dissolution rate exceeding 93%, enabling rapid and complete reaction with hydrochloric acid, which boosts production efficiency and reduces energy consumption.

  • Optimal Particle Size – Typically 200 mesh (approx. 75 µm) or finer, facilitating easy feeding and consistent acid‑reaction performance.

Primary Application

  • PAC Synthesis – Serves as the aluminum source in the pressurized, heated reaction with hydrochloric acid to directly produce Polyaluminium Chloride, widely used in drinking‑water purification, industrial wastewater treatment, and municipal sewage treatment.

  • Other Aluminum Salts – Can also be used in the manufacture of other inorganic aluminum salts such as aluminum sulfate and sodium aluminate.

Handling & Storage Recommendations
Store in a cool, dry, well‑ventilated warehouse, protected from moisture and kept away from acidic substances. Prior to use, ensure appropriate hydrochloric acid concentration and feeding ratios are maintained to fully leverage its high‑reactivity advantage.
